Originally called the Monalisa Project, the Malighat School and Orphanage Project began in 2003 with a meeting between Australian, Angela May and a young Indian woman, Jyoti Jahnavii and a 10 year old girl, Monalisa. The project has become a home, a school, a community. We thank all who have supported this endeavour.
